It's Monday

I took a light break over the weekend, I didn't exercise much and I focused on just tracking my points but I went over into my weekly points by a lot. As disappointed as I think I should be about this, I'm not. I worked out a bit too hard on Friday and really got my quads way too sore, I could barely walk, and the stairs, I barely made it up and down those things. LOL. Anyways, I needed the rest to get my legs feeling back to "normal" today is the first day since Friday that it hasn't pained me to walk.

My plan of attack this week is a little less intense then last. I am going to exercise everyday for at least 30mins still, I am going to keep diligent track of my points even when I don't want to, and I am planning on memorizing the following scripture vs 1 Timothy 4:7-8

"7Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness; 8for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come."


Today I am going to take my children to the Zoo and then later tonight after they go to bed I am going to workout  to The Biggest Loser Power Walk DVD. I highly recommend it as it is very basic and yet still intense enough to break a sweat.
