Well, I am down by 1.8pds this week which I consider to be a big success as the WW program is designed for an individual to loose 1-2pds a week.
I think though there is still, for me, at times to have the temptation to lose more than just 2pds a week. We live in an instant kind of society, with diet fads galore designed to draw people in to lose more than 20pds in a month. But truthfully these are just fads and somewhere in the line of weight loss, experts agree that those who average a loss of 1-2pds a week are the ones that tend to keep the weight off. So this week I am rejoicing in the 1.8pds loss. I am praising God for showing me that my efforts to a healthier god glorifying life are indeed "paying off."
Every pound lost is a victory :)
