Exercise! Exercise! Exercise! I'm loving it!

I've been participating this week in a fellow Weight Watchers Blogger Summer Biggest Loser Challenge! Great Stuff! The following is some exercises she posted for her challengers to do everyday this weekend. I don't know if I'll have the strength to do these everyday this weekend, but WOW! I do feel great and strong today. My muscles need to get a good stretch though and then my babies will get up from their naps, eat a snack, and off for our walk we go. All though I don't know if it will be a full 5 miles. I did however do 3 miles yesterday. God is so good!

Thank You Weight Watchers Diva 500 for posting these up!

The following is as Posted by Diva500

"1. Squats 25
Real simple just act like your going to sit down on the chair, where your tussy is barely touching the seat of the chair, holding out your arms in front of you shoulder high as you are doing your squat....HOLD FOR 4 SECONDS, then stand up....REPEAT

2. Squats with a knee lift 25 each leg
Same position like the squats in #1 BUT, now when you stand up, still keep your hands at shoulder length and raise your right knee to touch your hands....then do the same for the left knee...dont forget to HOLD FOR 4 SECONDS.....

3. Step Up 25 each leg
Now turn and face the chair, pretend that the chair is a step, BUT what your doing is like a foot tap on top of the chair....raise you right foot and just tap the top of the seat of the chair with your foot...then put your leg down....then do the same for the left foot

4. Leg raise in a circle 50 each leg
Now still facing the chair, lift your right leg and make a circle around the seat of the chair (without touching it), so basically your just doing a leg lift in a circular motion ....do the circular motion going inward (25) then outward (25)....then change legs

5. And of course, DONT FORGET to do 5 miles....if you can do more GREAT...either walk it or jog it

The purpose of the chair, is to make sure you keep your leg at that height when your doing those leg exercises....gives you HIGHER INTENSITY...believe me you will feel this one......

Also this will raise your heart rate quickly, so PLEASE do it at the level that is BEST for you....."
