I can't believe that it has been 2 weeks since starting WW. I have another weigh in tomorrow I have stayed OP all week and have gotten in 53activity pts and yet I am not sure that I will see a result on the scale; it's a good thing though that this journey isn't just about the scale.
I am going to list a few of my successful things that were done on this journey.
1. Not once did I emotionally eat any food.
What an incredible success this in and of itself was I had stressful moments through out the week and I didn't even hunger for food to relieve me and make me instantly feel better. Instead I turned to prayer and asked the Lord to give me strength. When feeling restless and bored I went for a walk instead of browsing through the cupboards.
2. I walked 1-2 miles ever day this week. I really did, some days I even walked as much as 4miles those were the days when I was feeling extra bored and or motivated.
3. I stayed OP for my daily points target. I only went into my weekly allowance on 2 occasions and both were on dates with my hubby :)
After two weeks of being on this incredible journey I can already feel my body growing stronger. I have more energy, more patience and I really see the impact the Lord is using this to have on my family as well.
I am feeling strong, and praising the Lord for his sweet blessings and goodness.
