Nervous

(Sigh) I am nervous that Zachary, my 13month old, may have Ulcerative Colitis like his daddy. Zach has had 4 bloody mucous y diarrhea-tic stools this week, mild-high temps, and lots of fussiness. It first started on Monday with a temp, and then Tuesday came a high temp of 103.4 with a bloody mucous stool, a trip to the doc, and then the advice that if the bloody stool appeared again to rush a sample to the Lab. Well another bloody stool did not appear until today. Thankfully the high fever is down but I am still nervous.

I shouldn't be though, but I am, my baby boy just can't seem to catch a break with illnesses and this mommy is getting tired of not having answers. Hopefully the Lab will provide some and Zach will get some help. Then again I also hope that it is just a fluke but after 4stools I am not so sure.
