update

Just a quick update...I just maintained (again) this week. I suppose i need to see any week where i haven't gained as a victory. It is just hard to do some days when you feel as though you worked your tushi off all week long. I am hoping the slow down in weight loss is more from muscle gain than anything else.

The WW meeting today was very refreshing they just did a "getting re-started session" as I am not the only member that has been growing a little discouraged...It was a good reminder of some of the basics that I have already been doing and of some more things that I need to start doing that I haven't been doing. Anyone got some creative ideas to help get some fat free dairy in my meals? Just a note...I hate dairy...this is true I eat very little cheese, milk, and even ice cream, it just doesn't sit well...so that said...Any ideas?

I think the laughing cow cheeses are pretty low in fat and I really like it stuffed inside if chicken and then bread it and bake it....yummmm.
