Things are a little crazy right now in the Christensen household with a wedding to get planned out, invitations that still have yet to be sent due to a reception that has gotten a bit out of control and of course as always the cash flow is dwindling down.
But Carl and I have a lot to be thankful for, my future in laws have been extremely gracious and very generous to us and have fully whole heartedly accepted me as apart of the family. I feel so very welcome.
Carl and I move into our apartment next Saturday the 15th and it will be nice to for us to start getting into our own routines ect...Although some of this will be altered a bit since only i will be living in the apartment 'full time' and Carl will be there on a 'part time' bases.
Some really great things about moving into our new place is 1. We have furniture which includes, several chairs, a couple of tables, a beautiful new velvet rose red couch (that his parents have given to us after deciding it was too big for their own purposes,) a dinning room hutch, kitchen supplies of course, and a brand new Queen size bed and frame which is a wedding gift from his parents and Carl's older sister, Andrea (pronounced as AHN Drey AHH.)
Today I am not only helping the future in law with wedding planes, oops i mean plans, I am also going to use some of those gift cards that i received from the shower to pick out some bedding for our bed, but i'm also shopping for our wedding bands, shopping for the Unity Candles and looking around for some more gifts...ect.
well that's that... pray...

So you tell us you are going to go shopping..then don't fill us in on the LOOT!!
FESS UP! what did you get?
I've done about 3 weddings in the last couple years, and I was able to get TONS AND TONS of stuff, name brand at the Local Dollar stores. The EXACT same items for 5-19 dollars per item for $1 or 2-1 etc. Bubbles, decorations etc.
How is it going?
It's so exciting!!
