I've been inspired by many a entrepreneur woman before me but the projects that many of them do require more creativity than I have (at the moment.) Or more time than I have to give but mostly I wasn't passionate for any of those things.
Then a good friend of mine introduced me to a green company. However I will not give the name away as I feel as though I need to dangle a carrot in this little advertisement of mine.
I never thought that I would become a 'green' person. I mean I care about the environment and I certainly don't want to see it come to waste but at the same time I'm no tree hugger. It saddens me that there are people that care more about preserving trees than they do about the life of an unborn child. But that is a whole other discussion.
Anyways as "green" company and their products whether for home, food, or cleaning supplies adhere to that title. I joined up because as my toddler grows I no-longer want to have to worry about her getting into the wrong cupboard. And while she would still get sick if she drank a lot of one of their "green" cleaning products it would not kill her. (Breath of fresh air)
Well, as with most green products, their products can be a little expensive but if you become a preferred customer they offer the products at a 30-40% discount. Not only as a preferred customer do you get great products at a great discount but then the company gives you a chance to earn some extra income by advertising their company (signing preferred customers/business partners up.) This green company does not actually hire big advertising companies they let their customers spread the word for them. Smart company.
So I've joined a team and I'm so excited. I told Carl that I know it will take a lot of No's before I finally get a yes. But I'm excited that I am finally doing something that suites me to try to help bring in a little extra income for my family.
If you would be interested in becoming a preferred customer/business partner or know somebody that might be please contact me at sara.williams192006@gmail.com for more information. Distance is not an issue I can sign people up right over the phone, and it's safe and secure as I do not take personal information other than your address and how you would like to participate. Once you do the initial sign up the company itself request the information from you through a secure website.
Thanks so much for listening to my little spiel and please feel free to direct anyone here if you think they may find something of interest.
