I feel good

na na na na na na...I knew that i would now.."

Actually, i had no idea that i would feel this good. I've been eating right and working out now for almost a week and I feel great! Making sure to get in all my 6 small meals a day has left me more energized to give to others. It's awesome! I'm working out in the mornings as well which is so great too...Really one can't do a whole lof of transfermation to their body without some type of exercise.

So here's what i've been doing.

I'm eating my 6 small meals a day, somewhat watching calorie intake but mostly watching portion size. Then I am doing some light weight training, and by this i mean 2 cans of spagettie sauce with Richard Simmon's Blast and Tone DVD...AWESOMENESS. I do this on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Then on Tuesdays, Thursday, and Saturdays, i do aroebics of some sort...all while watching what i eat... Sundays i am allowed a free day...so i don't have to be quite as strict on my food, and i don't work out.

I'm totally pumped for this. Please just pray for me because i guarantee you that someday soon i will come and journal about how i want a Mcdonald's shake, with fries and cheeseburger, and how i don't want to do anymore exercising...i just know one day i'll grow discouraged and want to go back into my lazy ways so I'll need some encouragement... Will you be my cheerleader?

A handful of girls at church have been cheering one another on in healthy living this summer. I know Daisy was in that group. Maybe you can facebook encourage one another?!
