We didn't have our bible study last night, it really kind of bummed me out, because of the heavy winds. Our church is in southern Indiana, about 20 minutes away, and the winds were so high people were losing power again and such and it just wasn't safe to be driving. Hopefully we'll have it next week..i really enjoy getting to know my fellow church ladies.
Confession time: my pastor's wife, her personality reminds me so much of Vanessa that on Sunday I almost called her Vanessa and not Meredith....oops. I think I'm missing someone :)
I also think my nesting instinct has finally kicked into high gear. I find myself absolutely being drove crazy by the little things in and outside of our house not being done.
This morning I tackled our kitchen stove and the dishes, counters, ects and i'm even really tempted to scrub the floor. But I think i'll give it a good sweep and mop instead and then continue to tackle the laundry, our bedroom, living room and our back yard.
Yep, our back yard its such a mess from the ice storm somebody has to clean it up and Carl just doesn't have the time. I figure being outdoors and on my feet will make me feel good and encourage Ellie to settle down a little farther...lol.
We'll see though if I've got enough energy to keep put my words into action or if after about an hour i'll be sleeping like a rock on the couch.
