so i'm still alive

Just thought that i would let my friend Jen know this because we've been playing phone tag for weeks now.

I am still alive. I have not had to undergo any major surgeries other than my Endoscopy and i have to call my doctor to proceed for further developments of my fical stomach.

I do not have any major bacteria's and i am cancer free.

So these are all things to be very thankful for.

On another note. Carl and I are being challenged in the depths of our ministries. We've had to let go of several things in order to fully pursue and give ourselves to just one area without putting a huge strain on ourselves.

I had some other things that i was going to write about in this post but i've just plum forgot about them.

so i'll write again when i can be a little more elegant. Maybe i'll even include pictures and

oh yes!!! i more thing I've lost 12 pounds...so that's a yipee!!!
