It's the most wonderful time of the Year!

For me it has definately been a wonderful time of the year. Having my first Christmas with my Husband and his family. It was a lot of fun but it made me a little home sick for my own family but i will get to see the very shortly.

For christmas I got Carl a GPS system and I was very glad to give it to him because i get so annoyed everytime we take a trip and he says... "Sara will you pull out a map for me..."and then I say... "No i will not pull out a map for you because i can never fold the things back up....lol" So no there will be no more paper maps being pulled out in the middle of no where because with the GPS system if you miss your turn it recalculates your position and then gets you back on track again... yeah it's a cool toy and it took almost a full pay check to get it for him...but it was good to see him enjoying it. Christmas won't always be that full of big suprises but this one is definately a special one so it counts...right?

And then Carl gave the trip to Michigan as a Christmas gift and I think it's a big enough present considering we are staying 5 nights in hotels and then eating out ect....so it's like a little mini-vacation. It will be good and i'm looking forward to it a lot.

Oh and Donna....

As soon as I know what our schedule looks like i'll talk to you about it...right now the plan is to go to my mom's friday-most of Sunday. Sunday evening will be at a family get together with my family and the same with Monday, and then Monday evening possibly a get together with Elizabeth S. and Jennifer D for a New Years Bash....(if that is what we can call it) So there is a good chance we could come over on Tuesday evening but i'm not even sure about that....So as soon as I know, i'll let you know.

I hope that everyone had a great Christmas and that it was filled with a lot of joy...

Yet, i know of many who have painful memories at this time of year having lost dear loved ones and friends, So just to let you know...i was praying for you too on christmas day.

I love you all...

Sara
