I have had all my maryland troubles at the Maryland MVA department and I am starting to loathe the government anal system. If it isn't one thing its another and the address on the form from the social security office isn't enough to prove my residency...
Its not as though i can just bring in any piece of mail it's specific type of mail which i do not seem to have and not only that but Carl has to be present with me to prove that i live with him.....so I can't get my license until Saturday now and I'm willing to bet that i'll have to have more than the marriage license to get my name changed on the license...uhhh!
i'm trying to be pleasant to the people that work their but they aren't very friendly to an out of stater.....
