It has been quite the week

It's has taken me a while to process all of the events that took place this week but i will try my best to find some words.

As we all know the week started off with the news of the Virginia Tech shootings. I will be honest I could not do anything but cry for a good 1/2 hour over that news. It just broke my heart and it stills does. I know of several people that were directly affected by this shooting and I hope that as the weeks go on I hope that we don't forget to keep praying for the families of the victims and for the survivors whom will be haunted by the days events.

On a spiritual noteGod has just been showering me with a renewed admiration and commitment to serving Him and others around me. I am continously amazed as to how taking on an attitude of service for others draws me to my knees and into the word a lot more. It has been good to see God use me in several people's life this week including my roommate who just got her drivers' permit...Driver's License here SHE COMES!

Also my wonderful boyfriend and i have turned yet another corner in our relationship by finally saying the big L word to each other. It was very unexpected and while we both would have rather said it first in person there really wasn't any more reason why we should wait longer...it was the right time...and even the right place..."I love you too...;)"

And now that i made all the women and or men either say "awe" or throw up...I shall conclude my writings for the day with a big....
