During my years spent at Bible College if I was seen talking to a young fella my friends would then be asking me all about him. They would make these eyes at me while I'm talking to him and these looks with a certain smile that we all know say "He's cute Sara why not make a move?" I must say after enduring 4 years of this kind of behavior and having some good guy friends freak out and not talk to me for months on end in fear that i will "make a move" I was relieved to be stepping out of such an atmosphere...until...
I moved to Arkansas
I had my first Sunday at Vintage Fellowship and afterwards several families get together and go down to the food court and eat lunch ( no big deal...) As i'm picking my seat i'm trying not to take one of the husbands wives' seats because lets be honest that's always very akward...so i sit down next to the worship leader and across from him is his (i'll admit) attractive percussionist...and next to him is Vanessa, Robb, Aaron and J.T...well apparently while Jason and i had a conversation everyone else was tuning in and there of course was Vanessa...sitting across from me next to Jason with that certain look and smile...that embarresses me because i know she's thinking "He's cute Sara why not make a move?"
Jason leaves and then all those who remained silent for so long then burst out "Sara talked to Jason..." more funny things were said aand i simply responded with this...
"I do talk to men and he won't be the last one that i talk to."
and you can imagine the funny thoughts that ran through with that.
So what's worse than BBC Sudents thinking you're going to hook up with somebody if you sit down and talk with the opposite sex try BBC Alumni who aren't ashamed of the fact that they're keeping an eye out for you.

EXACTLY...here, you have loving concerned individuals, who know the JOY of wild unabandoned sex, and want the same for you.
Yah
Or something like that
Sorry Sara,
I always hated that too...in fact, I usually snuffed anything like that pretty quick. guys don't want to feel like everyone else is choosing for them...they want to feel like they get to pick the girl and make the moves themselves. hope you can keep the pressure off and just enjoy your new life out there.
Something tells me that there will be much match-making going on at VF.
You can't blame me for having a little fun...it doesn't have anything to do with BBC. If Donna was there, she'd have told the guy outright to ask you out!
this is true
