Where O' death is your victory?

My Dorm Dad, Rick, met the savior last night. And he sure did have one hell of a goodbye party, and i'm sure he had an even better one hell of a good "Welcome HOME!" party.

It was amazing. Vibbard girls organized a prayer vigil for thursday night and majority of campus students gathered in front of the dorm to sing and pray. We sang three songs and ended with Ricks favorite song...IT IS WELL WITH MY SOUL...and towards the ending...Rick said I love you to his daughter and he met the Lord.

I don't have much more to say right now..God is good and we can praise him in the storm...keep praying for my dorm mom, Faye, and her family. Pray for me, and the rest of the girls in Vibbard dorm...we are all hurting, but we are also rejoicing.

a good rembrence of

"When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable and the mortal clothed with immortality, then that which is written will be true "Death has been swallowed up in victory.Where O' death is your victory? Where O' Death is your sting"- 1 Corinthians 15:54-55

WEll it's weird to say "what a bummer" , but it really is.

Be grateful for the time he was in your life..document and preserve those memories so you dont forget them.

Live every day, like it was your last.
